Event description

Widespread fog is expected during the late night and early morning hours, particularly between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Visibility may be reduced to less than 500 meters, especially along coastal highways, wetlands, and near river basins. Moist air from the Atlantic Ocean, combined with light winds and overnight cooling, is contributing to fog formation across several parts of the country. Advisory Fog conditions are expected to gradually improve by mid-morning as temperatures rise and visibility increases. However, localized fog patches may persist in low-lying areas. The public is strongly advised to remain cautious and follow safety guidelines. The National Meteorological Service will continue monitoring conditions and provide updates as necessary. For further information, contact the National Meteorological Service or tune in to local radio announcements.
