Our Climate Services

The Climatology Division of the Liberia Meteorological Service is responsible for the monitoring and analysis of long-term weather and climate patterns across the country. Through the collection of historical data and the use of climate models, the division produces seasonal forecasts, annual climate summaries, and trend analyses. These outputs are used to inform policy, guide development planning, and assess climate change impacts in key sectors. The division also supports research, awareness, and reporting on Liberia’s climate conditions. Its work is essential for national climate resilience and adaptation strategies.
